SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

  • Previous experience in fundraising or community engagement/event or agency experience
  • Superior project management skills and experience and ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience using third-party fundraising platforms including GoFundraise, Grassrootz and Fundraisin’
  • Demonstrated ability to create and deliver community fundraising campaigns as part of a multi-functional team
  • High energy with a passionate and donor centric outlook
  • Strong sense of initiative, drive and a ‘can do’ solutions focused approach
  • High standard of customer service skills
  • Highly organised and skilled at managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Previous experience in digital marketing such as Campaign Monitor, Mailchimp or Pardot

Responsibilities:

ROLE SUMMARY

As a result of incredible growth to the Community Fundraising portfolio, ACRF are searching for a new fundraising superstar to join their high energy, dynamic team.
This is a hands-on role that is responsible for managing multiple community fundraising campaigns and initiatives including the national signature peer-to-peer fundraising event as well as always on DIY activities.
You will work in a dynamic cross functional team to increase the level of funds raised by recruiting and stewarding participants, donors and supporters. You will ensure best in-class supporter experience is provided to help drive brand affiliation and awareness within the community.
Strong campaign management experience is essential to be able to execute campaigns from beginning to end whilst coordinating internal stakeholders accordingly to ensure deadlines are met.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create project management plans to execute current Community Fundraising initiatives including a national peer-to-peer fundraising event and always on peer-to-peer fundraising activities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Communications team to create acquisition and promotion plans for Community Fundraising programs and events.
  • Act as project lead and collaborate with external agencies, third party fundraising platforms and internal teams to create, execute and optimise online fundraising initiatives and peer-to-peer events.
  • Work with the Senior Partnerships Coordinator to identify peer-to-peer fundraising opportunities which are appropriate for corporate partners.
  • Develop and execute Community Fundraising onboarding and stewarding for ACRF’s community fundraisers, to increase fundraising campaign participation, conversion rates and fundraising through optimising current programs.
  • Creation and execution of a VIP high value fundraisers program to acknowledge, reward and steward fundraisers.
  • Play a key role in driving forward new campaign initiatives, continuous innovation, and campaign improvements, bringing innovative ideas and a fresh outlook to the table.
