Community Learning Disability Physiotherapy Team Manager

To effectively manage and coordinate Community Learning Disability Physiotherapy across Nottinghamshire. To lead on the development and support of training and professional mentorship. Collaborate and empower to ensure effective delivery of evidence-based practice by the physiotherapy team to people with an Intellectual Disability/Mental Health, their families, and carers. Ensure compliance with national guidelines and legislation within the field of learning disabilities and Autism and the Physiotherapy profession, ensuring consistent delivery of best practice.
Proactively and effectively contribute to core Directorate operational and Governance agendas/meetings within the care unit. Undertake workforce plan discussion with managers, staff recruitment, selection, retention, and training needs analysis of physiotherapists. Ensure professional growth and skill development through managerial and professional supervision and appraisal of physiotherapist facilitating clinical supervision accordingly. Facilitate and evaluate robust and high-quality clinical placements for learners
