Our Sales & Trading IT team in Düsseldorf is looking for you!
Responsibilities:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
The role will be critical in shaping the future of our Sales & Trading IT (S&T) organization. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive learning journeys for key roles within S&T IT, managing our key communities (e.g. BA), training curriculums, tracking progress and interacting with the teams on that. The role acts as the primary interface with our central HR Learning teams. You will also support the planning of capacity, assist with recruiting efforts, and liaise with external recruiters too. Additionally, you will work closely with senior management to organize events, drive organizational and people development strategies and instruments.
The role is not isolated: We are embedded in the wider IT organization and work closely with key business stakeholders; hence you will also gain insight and exchange with these other groups in order to develop solutions relevant for others.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize and facilitate community events and S&T IT communications
- Develop and implement learning journeys for key S&T IT roles
- Plan, check, and manage training curriculums
- Act as the primary interface with central HR Learning teams
- Support planning and recruiting efforts, including connecting with recruiters
- Collaborate with senior management on organizational and people development
