Description:
We’re hiring a manager for a special project who can build and continuously engage with a community of fans for a new music artist in Discord and Reddit.
REQUIREMENTS
- Plan and execute initiatives to continuously grow our community of super fans
- Work directly with the founder to provide an engaging product
- Ensure positive community feedback and immediately address any concerns
- Analyze, measure, and report on all members’ activities
- Cultivate key relationships with potential partners that include streamers, influencers, etc
Responsibilities:
- Ideally 1-2 years of experience in community management
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and oral)
- High attention to detail
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
- Diligence with document organization and deadline
- Available to work within regular US time
