Description:
As a Community Manager for Paradox Interactive, you will serve as the voice of our games within the community. You will actively engage in discussions on forums and social media, and act as the primary point of contact during community activities.
You will play a crucial role in creating a constructive feedback loop between the community and our marketing and development teams, significantly influencing the future development of our products.
You will oversee the game’s community strategy and coordinate its execution in close collaboration with the Product Marketing Manager and our studios. Alongside the Community Ambassadors, you will implement community plans & strategies, spearhead launches and releases, as well as own all social channels and platforms for the brand.
SKILLS WE ARE SEARCHING FOR:
- Work experience in developing and growing communities in the games industry.
- A strong sense of ownership
- Experience in coordinating socials during launches/releases
- Extensive experience in collaboration with other teams.
- Strong communicator, both verbally and written.
- A deep understanding of, and general interest in video game culture and their communities.
- Knowledge of our grand strategy titles, especially Hearts of iron IV.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, and additional languages are a bonus.
- Background in project management and working on a project-by-project basis.
- Manage and coordinate a team of freelance Community Ambassadors.
