Room4 Media is a Creative Production Agency specializing in content creation, inbound, and video marketing. We are looking for a fully bilingual Community Manager to work on projects for global brands. Candidates need to be available for an immediate start and be based in Bogotá, Colombia (We may consider remote). We are looking for someone who can work with minimum supervision and get things done.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their brand, audience, and objectives.
• Develop tailored community management strategies that align with client marketing and business goals.
• Present community engagement plans and reports to clients.
• Multi-Community Management
• Manage communities across various platforms and for multiple clients simultaneously.
• Adapt voice and content to suit different brand personalities and audience demographics.
• Ensure consistency in engagement and messaging across all platforms and communities.
• Produce compelling and appropriate content for each community.
• Manage the approval process for content with clients to ensure it meets brand guidelines and expectations.
• Schedule and publish approved content across community channels.
• Track engagement metrics and analyze data to gauge the effectiveness of community strategies.
