ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Under the direction of the ACL Marketing & PR Lead, create and support the co-ordination of multichannel communications to raise awareness of ACL courses.
• Work with the Marketing & PR Officers to create localised social media campaigns that increase enrolments
• Liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders to promote ACL services in community places and spaces
• Create and update website content as required
• Assist in the production of offline marketing materials, for instance posters, leaflets, campaign flyers, letters and adverts.
• Attend relevant events, and as required set up events, to promote the ACL offer
• Assist with paperwork including collation of digital feedback forms
• Carry out other relevant tasks as identified by the ACL Marketing & PR Lead
