Description:
OVERVIEW:
Cadence 3 is looking for an enthusiastic Community Manager who is deeply embedded in the Microsoft community. This role requires a passionate advocate for technology, with a 200 – 300 level understanding of software, hardware, and devices, who can nurture and grow our clients MVP community, driving engagement, skilling, and product awareness through innovative community initiatives. Role will be critical to nurturing, growing, and synthesizing return on investment from community programs and engagement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in product marketing, marketing, community management, especially within contexts that utilize Microsoft technologies and MVP Community.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- Technical acumen and understanding of Microsoft software, hardware, and solutions,
- Proven track record of increasing community engagement and managing successful community initiatives.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights to drive strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement and Growth:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase community engagement, foster user groups, and enhance brand presence within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Organize and manage community events both online and offline to build brand loyalty and user engagement.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Curate, create, and manage all published content (images, video, written) to ensure it is on-brand and tailored to the needs and interests of the community.
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews from community and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Leverage metrics to gain insights into community preferences and behaviors, shaping future community strategies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align on the broader marketing strategy and ensure consistent messaging.
- Engage with key influencers within the community to amplify our message and increase reach.
