    We have an exciting opportunity for a Community Marketing Manager to join the team at Stockland. In this role you will work across several residential communities and develop and implement innovative project marketing strategies and practices that supports the delivery of the Project Vision and outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a local area marketing strategy (in conjunction with Regional Manager) that generates high-quality leads to support the achievement of sales targets, enhances brand, and delivers a superior customer experience
  • Implement innovative marketing strategies and practices that support the project vision and values
  • Ensure the execution of agreed objectives are established, tracked, and reported on in a timely manner
  • Manage all media (paid, earned, shared, owned) for your projects, working closely with the Marketing Assistants for support
  • Development of all marketing activities – eDMs, social media, PR activity, events, renders, floorplans, design and signage, brochures, content, and testimonials
  • Ensure Community Development Initiatives are integrated into marketing plans and executed accordingly
  • Drive a culture of community insights (customer, competitor, and product) into decision making at the project level to enhance marketing and sales strategies
  • Collaborate to bring to life the customer journey through the acquisition funnel with a key role in optimising user experience on our website and delivering a seamless off and online ecosystem
  • Review and evaluate competitor marketing activity and changing consumer trends to incorporate learnings into national and local campaign development and execution
  • Adopt national standards to maintain a consistent approach to marketing across the country including approaches to new launches, display villages, project collateral, PR strategies and community engagement initiatives
  • Read and interpret data to drive a culture of insight-led marketing to assist decision-making
  • Manage and monitor the marketing expenditure and reforecasting in line with agreed Annual Budgets to minimise overspend impacts
