We are pleased to advertise this fantastic rare opportunity which has arisen to work for Westminster Community Mental Health Hub (CMHH).
Our Hub operates Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. There is an opportunity to tailor the working pattern to suit you and your lifestyle needs with some flexible working available in a team that is dynamic and transforming the way we offer support to people in Westminster with mental health challenges.
The North Westminster Community Mental Health Hub, based in Woodfield Road is looking for a passionate Registered Mental Health Nurse who is looking to make a difference whilst working in an environment that promotes staff development and training opportunities .
CNWL is passionate about developing its own staff , driving them to go on to become more established practitioners and this post gives you the room to do so!
There are three Community Mental Health Hubs in Westminster, two in the North and one in the South, each is aligned to two local Primary Care Networks (PCN). Working in this way allows each Hub to have a core structure and function to meet the needs of the local population, aligned with our primary care colleagues . This position is to work within our Queens park and Paddington mental health Hub, based in North Westminster.

The successful applicant will take the lead of a caseload of patients and be at the forefront of their care. You will also be expected to work in collaboration with the Operational Team Manager, Clinical Leads/Senior Practitioners and to have close working relationships with the Inpatient Service and Home Treatment Team.

To help clients gain fair and equal access to services, through choice and social inclusion and being sensitive to age, culture, ethnicity and gender, sexuality and disability.
To offer a range of evidence based psycho-social interventions and pro-active risk management approaches to help the service user and their family to reduce and manage symptoms, high risk behaviour and other disabling effects of psychosis and enable, as far as possible, full and sustained recovery.
