Our teams provide care to women over town and rural settings. We are looking for individuals with a passion for health promotion. The focus of the community team is continuity throughout the antenatal and postnatal period, and maintaining and promoting woman centred care.

The post holder will carry out a range of clinical skills in midwifery practice within the team, whilst working collaboratively and co-operatively with others to give individualised care to meet the needs of women and their families throughout pregnancy and the postnatal period in the community. The midwife will have decision-making autonomy within guidelines and professional codes of practice, and will participate in the leadership, education, development and supervision of the clinical team.
