Help

• Develop agendas, prepare briefing materials for, and present briefings during meetings of the Real Property Planning Board, whose members include all major unit commanders and the full general officer installation command staff.
• Assist with the preparation, implementation and maintenance of the Real Property Master Plan.
• Serve as Community Planner with responsibility for preparation, in conjunction with the staff engineer, the Ten-Year Facility Investment Plan (FIP) including MCA, and Minor MCA, Restoration and Modernization repair and construction programs.
• Develop, execute, and participate in the Installation’s strategic planning and execution process, including development and routing of DD1391 and associated documents for MILCON and RM projects.
• Coordinate and carry out required actions to convert the strategic vision, Real Property Digest, Comprehensive Master Plan, Tabulation of existing and required facilities and action plans into reality.
