SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED INCLUDES:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in social work, counselling, psychology or related.
• Proven expertise in supporting wellbeing through behaviour change programs.
• Ability to develop partnerships, promote service capability and to represent the organisation in a consistent professional manner.
• Experience with managing and supporting diverse staff groups and including the capacity to provide subject matter supervision to staff.
