Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our event marketing firm as a Community Relations Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with local communities and promoting our events. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in community outreach, event planning, or related fields is a plus but not required.
  • Passion for community engagement and making a positive impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, schools, businesses, and other stakeholders to promote our events and initiatives.
  • Plan and execute outreach campaigns to raise awareness about our company and upcoming events.
  • Attend community events, fairs, and meetings to network and promote our services.
  • Collaborate with marketing and event teams to create promotional materials and strategies tailored to specific communities.
  • Assist in organizing and hosting community events, workshops, and informational sessions.
  • Collect feedback and insights from community members to inform future outreach efforts and event planning.
  • Monitor and track outreach efforts, including attendance and engagement metrics.
  • Represent our company professionally and positively in all interactions with community members and partners.
