COMPETENCIES

• Ability to understand database systems and manipulate the data to prepare reports
• Highly efficient skills and accomplished in utilizing all Microsoft programs.
• Able to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously and differentiations in workflow.
• Flexibility with work schedule

EDUCATION:

• Bachelors’ degree or equivalency preferred, with two years business and training experience or post high school certificate training. AA/AS degree.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Significant experience in Microsoft Excel, office/clerical/business/customer service arena
• The candidate will have high levels of computer/database skills and have significant interaction with diverse data on a daily basis.

• Collect, analyze and manage database of student and family management systems, Utilization and result based assessment reports in CAYEN, Power teacher and Excel.
• Update attendance data and documents as scheduled and/or assigned by supervisor on monthly and quarterly basis.
• Co-ordinate Student and partners database for QR codes and student files as needed
• This position is housed within one or more Hartford schools and thus the candidate must be able to be a positive representative of Catholic Charities in that environment.
