Outback Stores is looking for a Community Service Coordinator to join our Outback family.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Outback Stores is looking to employ suitably qualified couples to fill the roles of Community Services Coordinator (CSC) and Shop Keepers based in WA communities. The CSC couple will be a dedicated team who will provide high level guidance and support to the community store and municipal services.
Under the direction of Outback Stores the CSC will provide specific and effective advice on all matters related to the administration of community requirements, ensuring that the policies and goals of the community and Outback Stores are effectively pursued.
This position will require a highly organised couple with the ability to work strategically and collaboratively with employees involved in the Community Development Program (CDP), Municipal Services, Community store and other Outback Stores programs.

YOUR KEY DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Execution of service agreements through collaboration with key stakeholders.
Ensure the day-to-day operations of the organisation are effectively coordinated and implemented including program development, budgets, community store management and resources management.
Develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with a range of stakeholders and partners including local community members and organisations; local, state, and commonwealth governments; service providers, business, industry, and regulators; funding bodies and non-government organisations.
