Our Community Services team operates across a range of services, including District Nursing, Hospital in the Home, Social Support Program, Home Care Packages, and Transition Care Program. We are proud of our reputation for excellence and are seeking a talented Nurse Unit Manager to lead our team.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

As a Nurse Unit Manager (Job Share) , you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering comprehensive clinical care to our community, while also leading the business growth of the service. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that our services are aligned with the needs and goals of our consumers.

  • Ongoing position - job share arrangement
  • Part-time, 16 hour per week
  • Flexible working arrangements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage the Community Services team, including clinical operations and business growth
  • Develop and implement effective clinical care plans that meet the needs of our consumers
  • Coordinate and deliver high-quality care services across our range of programs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consumers, families, and other stakeholders
  • Manage program budgets and project management
  • Develop and implement continuous quality improvement programs
