Description:

We are looking for a Community specialist fluent in both French and English to join one of our clients for a backoffice role in Lisbon.

  • Management of social media and e-Mobility Service Providers (eMSPs) interactions by replying to customers and partners enquiries and comments through their apps
  • Learn and master the company’s business model and product in order to effectively explain and communicate it with the different users
  • Developing and implementing new processes and templates to most common scenarios
  • Learn and master multiple applications and resources including contact management systems and knowledge bases
  • Perform quality and audit checks to existing EV support and installation processes, ensuring high compliance standards
  • Communicate quickly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders
  • Triage and escalate urgent issues in order to drive them to resolution
  • Complete thorough documentation and notation on customer contacts and trends
  • Provide feedback to management teams regarding processes, trends and ensure the quality and efficiency of internal processes.
