Job Description
EACH DAY WILL BE DIFFERENT AND MAY INVOLVE:
- Building rapport with our clients
- Hosting daily trips within the community
- Encouraging our clients’ participation in day to day life
- Supporting individuals to achieve their goals
- Reconnecting our clients to their social and whanau connection
- Maintaining health and educational commitments
- Motivating clients to believe they have purpose
- Ensure client processes are accurately documented
We focus on self-development, where you will have a chance to train and gain further education on the job, which enhances your CV within the organisation. Our starting rate is $24.78 an hour and increases to $29.10 after completing your Career Force Level 4 qualification with us, which is on the job based training. We offer a lot of training which ensures you have the skills to be the best support person within Pact.

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
We have the flexibility of different work shifts that can complement your studies, family or your busy life schedule. We offer shifts from mornings, evenings, and weekends right through to overnight. Our vacancies range from casual, part and full-time roles.
