We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual for this role they will need to demonstrate the required level of experience knowledge and skills working within secondary care services with experience in older people being of benefit. The post holder will be able to demonstrate good leadership skills and the ability to from positive working relationships. In return we will support and facilitate your development in this role through clinical and managerial supervision and yearly appraisals which will include a personal development plan tailored to your needs. You must have an RMN, OT or social work qualification with a professional registration.
