Territory Manager, Community - NSW

The main purpose of this role is to assume total business management responsibility for the assigned territory and achieve sales targets for the territory within expense parameters

What will you be doing?

  • Business Results – Achieve budgeted sales, market shares and focus products within assigned territory.
  • Territory Management – Maximise potential for assigned territory through effective targeting and territory management.
  • Product Knowledge – Maintain thorough, up to date knowledge of all technical aspects of assigned products.
  • Professional Standards – Ensure company standards, ethics and professional behavior are applied in all aspects of work.
  • Teamwork – Participate as an effective and innovative leader at Smith & Nephew, in particular all teams with which you lead or participate in.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Education: Tertiary qualifications in science or business related discipline
  • Experience: Proven experience in related industry.
  • Good understanding of the Australia public and private healthcare system
  • Travel Requirements: approx. 20 – 80% depending on business needs.
