    Opportunity for a Company Secretary to join this sought after Company Secretary team in a Top ASX listed Financial Services organisation which has been enjoying significant growth due to joint ventures, partnerships and innovative products.
    This role will provide high quality company secretary services to the subsidiary Committees, ensuring Board processes run effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong company secretary operational and corporate governance experience within a highly regulated environment.

HIGHLY DESIRABLE ATTRIBUTES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2 years prior Company Secretary experience
  • Company Secretary qualifications
  • Experience with Diligent, advantageous
  • Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment essential
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills essential

Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of company secretarial and corporate governance across the subsidiary entities
  • Drafting notice of meeting, agendas, papers, and minutes to a high standard and in a timely and efficient manner
  • Reviewing, uploading and distrusting Board packs through Diligent
  • Providing corporate governance advice and training to stakeholders, promoting corporate governance best practice.
  • Maintenance and updating of company registers and lodgements to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Contributing towards the development of policies and the corporate governance framework
  • Promoting a good corporate governance culture.
