Responsibilities:

As a pivotal member reporting directly to the Learning and Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the journey of our newest recruits. Your responsibilities will include guiding them through our comprehensive onboarding program, where you’ll impart essential skills in contact center sales and customer service. Additionally, you’ll provide hands-on leadership, directly managing their progress and development. Join us and be part of shaping the future of our talent pool!

Here are some examples of the tasks you would be asked to do

  • Provide expertise and support to the training facilitator during onboarding for our new comparison experts.
  • In partnership with the facilitator and Team Leder identify gaps in knowledge, provide recommendations, and develop solutions, to align with the learning needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions, training materials, and generate reports to track progress and measure the effectiveness of coaching initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate calls and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement among comparison experts.
  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs that cover various aspects of the sales process, including product knowledge, system navigation, sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies for our existing Comparison Experts.
  • In partnership with the Learning and Development Lead, identify process gaps and inefficiencies in the sales cycle and suggest improvements to enhance overall performance and productivity.
