Rewards Analyst/Specialist (Rewards/Compensation Partner)
The Rewards Analyst is responsible for supporting the Vice President, Global P&C Center of Excellence in the development of global compensation programs to ensure consistent and equitable pay practices, compliance with Company policies, and conformance with legal requirements. The role performs and oversees a variety of analytical and administrative duties to ensure consistency of job descriptions/requirements and compensation guidelines globally. These duties include but are not limited to compiling job data, analyzing jobs, benchmarking and recommending pay grades and administering the annual salary review, bonus and long-term incentive programs and processes.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Systems driven, analytical individual with experience using an established HRIS is desirable
  • General knowledge of compensation laws, principles and practices
  • Experience with Variable and Sales Compensation analysis is a plus
  • Advanced Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.) and Word skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze large data files

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
  • Knowledge of Workday is a plus
  • Equivalent education and experience may substitute for stated requirements
    This role can be performed remotely from Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports the Vice President, Global P&C Center of Excellence in developing compensation objectives, policies, procedures, programs, pay grade structures and pay grades ensuring consistent and equitable pay practices and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Evaluates job responsibilities, analyzes and compares jobs, participates in salary surveys, reviews applicable survey data and establishes salary grades for jobs.
  • Consults with and advises relevant internal stakeholders regarding job titles, salary grades, job classifications, pay changes and pay practices
  • Maintains job description library and ensures all job profiles are up to date and appropriately graded.
  • Evaluates compensation offers for internal and external hires to ensure competitiveness and equity.
  • Develops and improves compensation related reports and functionality in Workday.
  • Performs routine audits of grade accuracy using market-driven surveys or data
  • Assists with planning and implementation of global annual salary review cycle, including Short and Long Term Incentive Plans, from budget determination to completion of the shared participation cycle
  • Completes and/or leads additional special projects as assigned
