Delaware North is hiring a Compensation Analyst to join our team in Buffalo, New York. As a Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing company compensation programs, tools, and processes. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required. An additional four (4) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a drgree.
  • Minimum one (1) year of human resources, data analysis, finance, or relevant experience required.
  • Certified Compensation Professional preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills required.
  • Workday experience highly desired.
  • Must be able to work 3-4 days per week at our Headquarters in Buffalo, NY.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve ad hoc compensation changes and discretionary payments.
  • Prepare compensation change files for upload to payroll.
  • Perform audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Develop and document procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in compensation surveys, conduct research and analysis on market trends.
  • Assess jobs and their respective duties to determine appropriate job level and salary range.
  • Assist with the annual merit and incentive compensation programs.
  • Work with HRIS & Payroll staff to ensure the HRIS system(s) meets compensation needs and is updated timely to reflect changes to salary structures, bonus programs, etc.
  • Provide education to HR and business on compensation policy, processes, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with compensation guidelines, budgets, pay equity, FLSA classifications, and track regulatory changes and trends and advise HR and management of upcoming changes.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
