Job Introduction We are looking for:
We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Analyst to be responsible for producing an effective and economical compensation structure. Following an evaluation process this person would lead development of the new structure guided by industry benchmarking of compensation and benefits packages. Ideally to be located at our Hoddesdon site.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse and evaluate compensation and benefits data to ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry standards
- Develop and update compensation structures, salary ranges, and incentive programs based on market research and internal data
- Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits
- Conduct benchmarking studies to evaluate the competitiveness and effectiveness of existing compensation and benefits programs
- Collaborate with HR partners and leadership to identify and address compensation and benefits issues or opportunities
- Prepare reports and presentations on compensation and benefits trends, budget analysis, and
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefit
