REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ yrs. experience in HR with a minimum of 3 yr. experience with working with compensation programs and benefits. Ability to work from the Commercial plant two weeks a month and the Residential plant two weeks per month. Proficient in English both verbal and written. Well-developed quantitative and qualitative analytical skills and critical thinking. Excellent written, verbal skills with the ability to interact, collaborate and influence decisions on multiple levels. Strong organizational skills. Advanced Excel skills, detail orientation with excellent analytical skills. Ability to compile, analyse, and interpret large amounts of information/data from multiple sources. Prefer working knowledge of HR Information Systems (SAP & TRESS preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Compensation
  • Partner with corporate compensation team to maintain compensation structures and job data and develop a harmonized compensation structure, including job structure and salary ranges.
  • Partner with Human Resources and Business Leaders to develop and implement compensation strategies that attract, reward, and retain key talent.
  • Develop insightful reports and recommendations on compensation trends and adjustments, advocating for strategies that attract and retain top talent.
  • Performs analysis of various compensation programs and initiatives, included but not limited incentive programs for sales and operating teams, annual merit and bonus planning, pay equity, etc.
  • Support the development of salary budgets and projections that align with our strategic business planning.
  • Engage in salary and labor market surveys to glean insights that inform our compensation strategy.

  • Provides leadership in comprehensive analytical support for employee benefit programs
  • Design and implements benefit plans, programs, and procedures.
  • Manages benefits projects including benchmarking benefits programs against market practice, the implementation of new benefit programs the redesign of existing programs.
  • Works with legal department to review and negotiate contracts and service agreements.
  • Provides ongoing management of the relationship with the vendors for the various benefits plans.
  • Provides support to local HR teams and employees on benefits
