We are a growing team looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager in the People department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Berlin office.
Responsibilities:
As a Compensation & Benefits Manager you’ll work on interesting responsibilities on the broad rewards spectrum including job architecture design, benchmarking, support on our salary cycle and sales incentives for our eight sennder countries. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues of the People team, both centrally as well as in the regions. You will also be working closely and directly with the business and for instance the finance team. This role reports into the Compensation & Benefits Manager.
