Responsibilities:

  • Define a fair, equitable, and competitive total compensation and benefits program that aligns with our company’s strategy and business goals, including salary structures, bonuses, incentives, and employee benefits packages
  • Conduct job evaluations and market analysis to determine competitive compensation levels and ensure internal equity
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes related to compensation and benefits, and recommend adjustments to programs as necessary
  • Align compensation programs with recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates
  • Build collaborative partnerships with external and internal stakeholders and provide C&B recommendations and solutions to HR teams and business departments
  • Prepare and analyze compensation and benefits reports, including budget forecasts, cost analysis, and employee demographics
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters and resolve issues promptly
