Compensation & Benefit Manager (Perm/Web 3/Gaming)

RESPONSIBLE:

• Responsible for the overall compensation and benefits management of the company, ensuring the reasonable operation of the company’s compensation system and that employee salaries are competitive in the market.
• Replicate the company’s monthly payroll calculations to ensure accurate and error-free payroll processing.
• Liaise with suppliers and reconcile supplier data.
• Regularly conduct analysis of the company’s compensation, structure, and job levels, and produce recommendation reports beneficial to the company’s development.
• Discuss and continuously optimize with management.
• Conduct regular market salary surveys and optimize the compensation model.When necessary, design compensation and job level frameworks under the guidance of supervisors and produce implementation plans.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min 3 years of experience in compensation & benefitMin bachelor degree in HR, Business admin and relevant course
