We are offering an exciting opportunity for the position of Compensation & Benefits Admin / Data Analyst. In this position you will play a crucial role to support our vision of becoming a Great place to work for all.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Deliver assigned tasks to contribute towards analysis of data from different sources to support HRBPs and stakeholder decision making and comply with audit requirements
  • Coordinate, identify and analyze internal and external data to support Compensation & Benefits reporting (Excel, PowerBi, C&B systems)
  • Assist in implementing policies and procedures regarding collating and analyzing data, develop new data analysis processes
  • Act as a key user for C&B systems, assisting C&B teams and HR colleagues across the region with the use of C&B systems
  • Ensure data accuracy across systems and coordinate with C&B teams across the region to identify areas of improvement
  • Develop a network of contacts to build up relationships and strengthen the organizational, product and market knowledge

You won’t find another Compensation & Benefits Admin / Data Analyst position like the one you’ll find with DHL Supply Chain. Now, here’s what we need from you:

  • 1–2 years experience in HR, HR data administration, HR data analysis, HR processes, HR reporting
  • Attention to detail and an analytical mindset to work with data and question data is essential
  • Experience in working with Excel is a must and PowerBi (desirable)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence stakeholders across DHL’s diverse geographic and multi-cultural environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience/qualification
  • Fluency in English on the business level

The location of the position has some flexibility with Europe/EMEA, but we have a preference for Bonn.
