Compensation & Benefits Specialist

We are seeking an employee who thrives with different tasks within Compensation & Benefits, Career/Compensation framework, benchmarking specific roles, People Analytics, and optimizing compensation processes. As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will be involved in designing, implementing, optimizing, and managing employee rewards programs aligning with Talent, Performance, and Recruitment functions. The position is located in Hellerup/Tuborg Havn, and you will report to the Head of Global Rewards & HR IT.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

For this position, it is essential to possess some years of experience in the Career/Compensation framework. While greater overall experience is advantageous, we encourage applicants to apply even if they do not fulfill all criteria. The ideal candidate should demonstrate:

• Strong analytical abilities
• Teamwork proficiency
• Passion for Compensation and Benefits
• Effective and confident communication skills in English
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field is “nice to have” but not as crucial as relevant experience.
