We’re looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our united, dedicated, and enthusiastic team at LINK Mobility, Europe’s leading provider of mobile messaging.

This position will be involved in further developing and running our programs within Compensation & Benefits for all our employees in the group. Through our programs, we will contribute to improve the commitment and satisfaction of the employees. The role will form part of the management team within Group HR and report to the Chief People & Strategy Officer.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
- Experience with compensation management, especially managing equity and option programmes, preferably in a larger organization
- Strong analytical skills, experience with financial modelling and ability to work with large amounts of data
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations
- Professional experience with HR systems and tools
Responsibilities:
YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Co-develop and implement compensation strategies that are aligned with the company’s strategy, business goals, budgets and work culture, which motivates employees and promotes long-term goals
- Administer and monitor the company’s equity programs for employees
- Coordinate with vendors and other external partners within the Compensation & Benefits area
- Budget responsibility
- Lead and further develop the annual Compensation & Benefits processes, such as, but not limited to, the annual salary process, bonus process, equity programs, etc.
- Ensure that all compensation practices are in full compliance with the company policy in cooperation with legal, as well as relevant laws and regulations and that relevant parties are trained and informed
- Analyze market salary data, conduct salary benchmark to ensure competitive salary and benefit rates
- Monthly reporting to the CPO on standard HR reports
MAIN TASKS
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to convey compensation plans and benefits to the organization
- Participate in salary and labour market surveys to keep salary structures and benefits relevant and competitive
- Drive the annual global C&B processes such as, but not limited to, salary, bonus etc.
- Manage direct and indirect financial compensation as well as non-financial remuneration
- Design and revise the programs to reflect changes in the market and the company’s goals
- Keep track of allocations, exercises and other key activities related to the share programs
- Provide advice and on best practices and trends within equity and option programs
- Overview of the compensation and benefits in the Group included, but not limited to, employee insurances, pension, allowances etc.
- Work closely with Group HR and Regional/local HR in the countries
