Description:
For our Corporate HR team we are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our Compensation & Benefits team.
Your job responsibilities include:
- You enable smooth Comp&Ben processes, such as salary review, variable pay process,… and communicate to the different parties involved (payroll colleagues, business HR colleagues, external providers…). You prepare the reporting required related to these processes.
- You coordinate insurance policies across the group: discussing policy renewals with insurance brokers, analyzing/harmonizing policies internationally, perform benchmarks with other companies to ensure competitive insurance offerings that are aligned with industry standards.
- You assist in global mobility (expats) and manage the salary splits. You make sure all the necessary documents and attestations (e.g. A1 document, CoC…) are collected to ensure timely completion of the applications for the necessary permits and tax files. You prepare high-level gross-to-net or net-to gross calculations. In this respect, you also collaborate closely with our payroll colleagues.
- You prepare the input for benchmark studies and analyze the results.
- You support in ad hoc projects within Compensation & Benefits (e.g. Comp&Ben analysis during Mergers&Acquisitions).
- You report directly to our Compensations & Benefits Manager.
