YOUR PROFILE

  • Higher education in business administration at university/university of applied sciences level and, if applicable, further training specialising in compensation & benefits
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar function
  • Sound knowledge of best practices in compensation and fringe benefits
  • Strong analytical and solution-orientated thinking, accuracy as well as sensitivity and responsibility in handling confidential information
  • High degree of initiative and self-organisation as well as a flair for numbers
  • Very proficient IT skills, especially in Excel and SAP HCM
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for the consolidation and further development of the existing principles, rules and processes in the area of Compensation & Benefits for the entire Hirslanden Private Hospital Group in close cooperation with the parent company Mediclinic Group
  • First point of contact and counselling for all topics related to the compensation strategy and the compensation process within the Hirslanden Group
  • Preparation and implementation of the annual salary review process and short-term variable remuneration for management
  • Link between HR and finance department
  • Providing data analysis including financial modelling and expert advice to all levels of management and HR on compensation programmes
  • Carrying out market comparisons (WTW, Swiss-ICT, Perinnova etc.) as well as identification and proactive action to address market trends in good time
  • Responsibility for carrying out formal job evaluations and benchmarking practices.
  • Close co-operation with the HR units in the clinics (specialist management lies with this position)
