THE QUALIFICATIONS YOU NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or a related field, Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience as compensation analyst, preferably in the SaaS/technology industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods, superb ability to work with compensation data.
  • Proven track record in the maintenance and administration of compensation programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to be consultative and pragmatic in compensation program evaluation.
  • Intellectual curiosity and ability to handle high levels of ambiguity.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing, fun environment.
  • High degree of personal integrity.
  • Excellent organizational, time, and project management skills are a must.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills, presentation, and facilitation skills as well as interpersonal and consultative skills.
  • Excellent excel, analytical, and data visualization skills.
  • Previous experience in Workday is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills are a must.
  • Balance global perspective with local relevance.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

The main function of this role is to build innovative, agile total reward programs that help attract and retain top talent, leveraging competitive market pay, equity, and other incentives.

THE WORK YOU’LL DO:

  • Be an integral part of the Compensation & Benefits team as we work on designing a state-of-the-art compensation and total rewards strategy for Celonis.
  • End-to-end planning and execution of the bi-annual compensation cycles, including bonus payout, merit increases, promotions, and equity refresh.
  • Partner with the P&C community, the business, and other stakeholders to ensure the alignment between compensation decisions and organizational goals.
  • Participate in and prepare salary survey submissions, refresh compensation ranges.
  • Maintain Celonis job architecture, partner with stakeholders to proactively address needs in establishing and assigning job level changes to respond to business needs.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of our rewards programs to ensure they are aligned with our business and talent strategies and monitor market trends to make recommendations for changes.
  • Conduct data and cost analyses to be used in compensation package determination and negotiations.
  • Stay current with market trends by conducting regular benchmark analysis and ensuring compliance with local regulations related to compensation and implementation.
  • Lead conversations about pay strategies within different business units proactively and in strong collaboration with HR Business Partners and the Business Leaders.
