Description:

We are looking for a Compensation professional to implement, and administer compensation programs and processes, such as salaries, short- and long-term incentives, job leveling, and year-end compensation review. This role will require strong project management skills and strong quantitative skills to support complex, global projects. Advanced technical and reporting knowledge is essential.

Compensation Operations

  • Drives compensation administration improvements to streamline internal processes and meet business objectives.
  • Help administer and maintain Corporate Incentive Plan and Goals Process
  • Help administer long-term incentive programs
  • Develop and standardize reporting, analytics, dashboards, and modeling tools for various stakeholders across the company
  • Help manage Annual Compensation Planning process including assistance with system configuration, testing, audits.
  • Collaborate with HRIS on building out new Compensation Framework in Workday, updating file integrations, and reporting.
  • Develop SOP documentation and training materials.
  • Maintain data integrity between HRIS and Compensation Systems

Project Management

  • Help develop and maintain end-to-end compensation project plans, manage inter-dependencies, review key milestones and deliverables.
  • Help prepare for and lead project meetings, addressing adjustments, risks/concerns, successes, recommendations, and areas for improvement.
  • Help improve project management procedures, create standardized templates, enhance team collaboration practices.
