An innovative and global leader in the defense industry based in Liège is looking for a Competitivity and Continuous Improvement Director. As Continuous Improvement Director you will be reporting directly to the VP operations.

In this position as Competitivity and Continuous Improvement Director, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing a continuous improvement strategy for the whole site so as to reduce costs, improve traceability, production, and quality
• Liaising with the different departments on site and supporting the implementation of the plan by means of dashboards and KPIs
• Leading a team of experts in terms of continuous improvement and regularly reporting on the upper management.

About you:

• You have a master’s degree in Engineering
• You have a previous experience in management and a deep understanding of industrial operations
• You have a previous experience with the implementation of continuous improvement projects (Black Six Sigma is an asset)
• You are fluent in French and English.
