What you’ll do OPERATIONAL Responsible to receive and investigate logistical complaints received from markets. For full scope: DC + Factories (DD) shipments to customers. Logistical complaints can refer to warehouse and transport processes. Responsible for accepting or rejecting the complaint Responsible for allocating the correct root cause bucket to the logistical complaint. Responsible for logistical complaint reporting and input towards Logistics Account Manager/DC Management/Carrier management. Responsible for allocating the correct owner / action holder for the complaint Responsible for timely complaint resolution and closure of the complaint Participant in the complaint meeting(s). Responsible for analyzing complaints results and identifying continuous improvement opportunities of warehouse and transport processes to reduce logistical complaints FINANCIAL Responsible to evaluate the complaints by the valid financial rules/directives CUSTOMER Ensure close cooperation and communication with the internal customer, being the market organization. PEOPLE Being an active and motivated member of the ‘Delivery performance team’. Your qualifications Strong customer focus, high levels of customer service. Knowledge and experience on complaint handling. experience in complaint handling is preferred Analytical skills Problem solving skills, get energy from dealing with problems and solving them. Pro-active attitude towards warehouses, carriers and markets to solve issues fast - take ownership. experience in logistics environment is preferred. Excellent coordination skills in logistics environment, knowing and understanding logistics processes. Speed and execution focused.
