Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE
The role of the Complaints Reporting & Analysis Specialist is to systematise and deliver regular complaints reporting and insights commentary utilising harmonised complaints data. You will work with key internal stakeholders including Analytics to deliver reporting that meets regulatory requirements, identifies customer pain points, and adheres to compliance obligations including RG271.
You’ll design and deliver reporting and insights which constructively drive ownership, accountability, discussion and focus from issue/analysis to action. You’ll continuously review and improve the reporting suite focusing on building digital dashboards using Tableau and automated reports for self-service reporting, and ensuring reports are fit-for-purpose for current and future purposes.
