Responsibilities:

  • Supporting our Customer Relations objectives by supporting Team Managers, Seniors and our specialists with fair and reasonable decision making outcomes in accordance with Regulatory Guide 271, the General Insurance Code of Practice and our Allianz dispute resolution framework.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and technical aspects of insurance policies.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to complaint professionals, and other internal teams to ensure accurate and consistent application of technical principles.
  • Analysing industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to provide recommendations on technical strategies and best practices.
  • Developing and delivering technical training programs for internal stakeholders to enhance their understanding of complex insurance concepts and technical aspects.
