Compliance Analyst (1 year contract)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor MAS’ publications, circulars, announcements and any other regulatory releases and perform gap analysis as appropriate.
• Conduct compliance monitoring includes Personal Account Dealings, Gifts & Entertainments; Conflicts of Interests; and Fitness and Propriety of employees and directors; flow of information including firewall between traditional investment and alternative investment; etc
• Review sales and marketing materials which include retail, institutional and alternative business.
• Educate and train employees on regulations, company policies and industry practices.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in compliance/regulatory or compliance consultancy. Working experience in the asset management industry preferred.
• University degree in Finance/Law or other business-related degree is a must.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
