Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and maintain accounting policies, procedures and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS), company policies, and industry best practices
  • Assess current accounting processes and workflows, identify areas for improvement and develop and implement solutions to streamline processes, enhance efficiency and strengthen internal controls
  • Design, implement and monitor internal control frameworks to mitigate financial risks, prevent fraud and safeguard financial integrity
  • Conduct periodic evaluations and audits to ensure effectiveness and compliance
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management, providing subject matter expertise and analytical support as needed
