Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Reviewing changes to market and conduct rules impacting TD Insurance
- Reviewing and updating documents, including digitization of Compliance policies, procedures, and other materials
- Support opportunities to enhance innovation, workflow capabilities and implementation of modernization initiatives
- Research and prepare written materials including memos on emerging issues, trends and evolving regulatory landscape impacting TD Insurance
- Providing administrative support to Compliance teams, including filing, word processing, and maintaining, and providing information from various compliance-related information databases
- Assisting with other tasks/projects as assigned

- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Law, Management, or related field
- Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work term (requirement of all co-op/intern positions)
- Ability to work independently, think critically and make decisions
- Ability to manage high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Highly organized and flexible in prioritizing various work demands
- Able to work collaboratively and as part of a team
- Ability to build and maintain relationships that impact positively on the execution of deliverables
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
