Responsibilities:

  • Supporting workshops for risk identification and control assessments, supporting the preparation of risk and compliance reports and assist during L2 assurance testing and L3 internal audits.
  • Providing insights on root cause(s), accountable business owner, risk rating, remediation actions and control improvements to support the timely closure of incidents & issues.
  • Providing analysis of thematic risk and compliance incident, issues, and complaints.
  • Preparing and supporting the delivery of Risk and Compliance communication plans, liaising with SMEs to facilitate ongoing training and awareness sessions to improve risk maturity and risk culture.
  • Supporting to maintain risk and compliance data quality in ORGS (Risk Management) system.
