Compliance Analyst

Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) Compliance:

• Develop and implement comprehensive AML and KYC policies and procedures.
• Perform thorough due diligence (DD) and continuous monitoring of clients to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify, evaluate, and mitigate AML risks.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on AML and KYC regulations and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in AML/KYC compliance and regulatory submissions within the financial services industry.
• Experience in MAS reporting for Capital Markets Services Licenses (CMSL) and Major Payment Institution Licenses (MPIL).
• Proven record of stability and success in previous roles.
• Practical experience with MAS regulatory processes, including the MASTX system.
• Strong understanding of AML/KYC principles, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing and submitting detailed reports and documentation to regulatory authorities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Singapore regulations and the APAC regulatory environment is a plus.
• Proactive in staying informed about regulatory changes and updates.
