Description:
Venn Group are currently partnered with a Global Leading Investment Bank who are seeking an well-driven Compliance Analyst to join their Irish Compliance Advisory team. This role will primarily support the banks SA/NV Dublin branch. This specific team provides advisory support to the Business, manages reg change events and so on.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated experience in Compliance, Risk, Trustee, or Control framework within a Financial Institution.
- Preferably holds a Certificate and/or Diploma in Compliance, legal, or business studies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Strong writing skills and keen attention to detail.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities concurrently.
- Proficient in project management with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to escalate and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Enthusiastic about learning and engaging in all Compliance aspects.
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Experience in a global firm is advantageous.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior team members in offering regulatory advice across operational business areas contracted through the Branch.
- Prepare time-sensitive reports and escalate issues appropriately to management, ensuring compliance.
- Support the Compliance Manager in readiness for Board or Committee Meetings.
- Evaluate group/regional Compliance policies for suitability within Irish business units.
- Analyse legislation, regulatory announcements, and industry practices to facilitate compliance procedures.
- Oversee outsourcing activities, providing guidance on regulatory expectations.
- Collaborate with the Office of Regulatory Relations for timely responses to correspondence from regulatory bodies.
- Maintain and update Compliance Manual, Plan, and Procedures.
- Manage the Compliance diary and prioritize tasks efficiently.
