The Bread Factory is a Food Manufacturing bakery dedicated to making deliciously crafted bread, cakes and pastries. We are proud to craft products for our GAIL’s bakeries, neighbourhood grocery stores, restaurants and more!
As our teams grow, we are on the lookout for our next Compliance and Driver Trainer within our transport department.

Every day is different at The Bread Factory, but here are some of the things you will be doing:

  • Deliver weekly Welcome Day for new employees
  • Create and deliver induction & training plans
  • Systems training such as Samsara, Epod, RHA Etc.
  • Complete training sign-offs
  • Troubleshoot training needs and help fix training gaps
  • Support night operations with required training/investigations
  • Enforce procedures/standards

OUR TEAM TELL US YOU WILL BE A GREAT ADDITION IF YOU HAVE…

  • Able to work night shift (10pm to 7am)
  • Mon-Sun, 5 out of 7 days
  • A Clean Full UK driver’s Licence is a must, with no ban or endorsement
  • Hands-on approach
  • Logical and efficient
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient level in MS office/outlook
  • Build confidence through skill, initiative & Integrity
