COMPLIANCE AND LEGAL MANAGER | IN-HOUSE AIFM

One of the major player in the Alternative assets sphere is looking for a Senior Compliance Officer/Manager to strengthen the team in Luxembourg.
You’ll be part of a growing team of 4 people, with a key role to develop his skills in one of the most prestigious Asset Managers in the world working on every type of alternative investment strategies and dealing with all aspects of the regulatory compliance for the structure.
You’ll report directly to the Conducting Officer.
Therefore, they’re looking for a profile with relevant experience, a strong knowledge of AIFMD and other European regulations, which includes advising on the implementation of regulatory changes, the CMP… More details on request.

Missions:

• Implementing the compliance monitoring program
• Enhancing and maintaing existing compliance-related procedure
• Regulatory advice to stakeholders
• Assisting in the preparation of periodic CSSF reports
• Produce reports to the senior management regarding AIFM and fund compliance.
• Draft prospectus, LPAs
• Reviewing internal fund agreements, AIFM agreements…

Profile:

• 5-10 years of relevant experience
• Master’s degree in Law or any relevant areas (Finance, BA)
• In-House or Law firms experience (Fund Lawyer with regulatory compliance experience)
• Fluent in English
• Strong investment funds knowledge
• Strong communication and organization skills
