Key Responsibilities

  • Leading quality audits, reporting results and taking actions to minimise further issues. – ISO9001 , Packaging Waste, Plastic tax
  • Leading business internal and external compliance audits, reporting results and taking required actions to minimise deviations.
  • Ensure compliance with all Customs and Foreign Trade legislation and regulations applicable to the business.
  • Prepare and represent the business for internal and external customs audits.
  • Assure quality of our products and services by managing, investigating, reporting and developing corresponding improvements.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain and update internal company policies, processes and standards, ensuring the team adherence.
  • Maintaining processes manual workbook, keeping it up to date with any processes/ requirements changes.
  • Keep informed of customs import and export law changes, rules of origin and rules of preference/ Incoterms.
  • Checking compliance of suppliers and potential new customers.
